Select all problem with vista?

Every now and again my folders will screw up and I can't use ctrl+a or select all, nor drag to select all the files. Anyone have any idea ?

I've had that problem before. Follow the link in this forum post, and get the .zip file. When you extract it to a .vbs file, it will be fixed the next time you logout and log back in.

My favorite is when you select a bunch of files in a folder like a rars (ahem), and vista wants to delete the folder instead. nice.

I've done that a few times. I keep my PortableApps USB Flash Drive handy with NTFS Undelete loaded on it to recover such files.
