Selling price for my PC?

Hey, wanted to know the fair price for my system if I wish to sell (which i might have to)

Abit Nforce 7 ver 2
AMD mobile XP 2400+ (OC'ed right now to 2.2ghz, i've had it at 2500 but resarts because my PSU)
Thermalright SI-97 heatsink, Panaflow fan for the heatsink, and panaflow case fan
160gb hard drive, 7200 RPM
1 gig memory (2 kingston, 1 wintec, all PC 3200. Running at 3-3-3-8, I'll check but I'm pretty sure it can do 2.5-2-2-7, is in dual channel)
Geforce 6200 Unlocked (8 pipelines, same as 6600) and OC'ed, does 400//680 easy with no artifacts.
CDrw drive
Rosewill computer case and 350 watt powersupply

14700 3dmark2001
5770 3dmark2003
2800 3dmark2005 (can break 3000 if the 6200 is oc'ed more)
41762 aquamark03
systemp: 29.5 CPU: 38

What is a good price? what if I swap out the 6200 for a TI-4200.
