Sennheiser HD 555+Asus Xonar U1?

What do you think about this combo? I'll be buying it soon so I'd like to know if anyone has anything to say beforehand.
 
Xonar U1 (that's the usb one right?) gives pretty good sound, but if you can wing it you may want to step up to something like the Fubar II
 
That's like double the price of the Xonar U1. I mean, I guess I could but...is it really worth it?
 
I'd say just get the headphones first and test it with your onboard soundcard.
