Set resolution too high...

Hi, I was checking to see how high my monitors resolution could go to, and I accidentally went too high. It boots up, I can see the bios and everything, but once windows loads I can't see a thing. How do I fix this? By the way I'm using an ASUS M2N-E Board, when I try to boot in safe mode, with F8, I just get a boot settings screen with what to boot the computer with, no noticeable safe mode options (just dvd drive, sata drive, usb device, et cetera).
 
Finally got it to work. When the windows loading screen appeared, I just shut off the computer and it let me go into safe mode when I turned it back on.
 
just prss F8 when you start your computer to boot into safe mode instead of restarting it in the middle of loading..
