I have an embedded board that has onboard sound, but I have no idea where the header for it it. So, I'm using a USB sound card with it. Problem is that sound is defaulting to the onboard sound. I've managed to get xmms set to use the USB sound, but I can't get KDE to use it, even by setting the "Override device location" to /dev/dsp1.
I keep finding information on changing the default in other distros, but the files don't seem to exist on Mepis.
