G.Skill Trident X 2666mhz CL10 4x4gig 16gb quad channel - $300
This ram is not available anymore. There are no longer any low latency 2666 kits in the retail channel. You may not ever find this again. Ram will do 2800mhz with slightly lower latency on Ivy-E setups. YMMV however.

Mountain Mods Pinnacle 18 - $100 + some shipping
Case is complete with few scratches. Has 10 slot (Eatx/Hpx) motherboard tray. Will hold Atx/Eatx/Hpx and probably various serverboard sizes. Missing some of the stock allen head screws. Wrinkle black finish. Will be disassembled to ship.

I might be interested in the RAM. I have an identical setup. RIVE setup with a 4930k. I have 1866 RAM so going those might be a decent upgrade for me. Did you have any issues with this setup?
 
Nope. Runs amazing. Im Ace123 on hwbot. Go ahead and look me up on there. You will see this ram has helped me take a grip of gold medals.
