I've got a fan on my window. Originally I put it as an intake. I've just replaced my PSU and I used some pretty thick black plastic tubing on it so that will probably be right in the fans face

Any ideas?

Ok I forgot to mention my temps and other fans..

Used to have crappy 250W PSU with lil intakes, now 400W with lots of intakes and a better quieter fan.....Case temp with the old PSU was 35C Max.

No exhaust, so if I make the side intake it will be cold air going towards the cpu fan cooling and then hopefuly getting sucked up through the PSU :p

Ya, thats why most side fans ARE intake. Not only will the PSU exhaust the hot air, but also the fans in the back of your case, that is, if its exhausting (most cases it is).You could also consider making a blowhole at the top of your case, exhausting hot air.

Intake.

If you need another exhaust, add one into the top.
