single drive raptor performance on K8N neo 754

Using sandra 2k4, I get a file system benchmark of 56MB/s, is that normal? For those without Sandra, you can go into device manager, IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, and Serial ATA controller, then go into the primary or secondary tab (whichever your drive is plugged into) and run the speed test. I've already enabled DMA for the SATA connector, and write caching is enabled in windows. I get 150 theoretical, 109.9 burst, and 70.9 sustained. (varies a bit, those are the best)
