Size of BGA memeory modules

Ok, weird question i know .

Im gonna go water cooling on my X800 soonish and im gonna cut some ram sinks out of some ALU sinks i have lying around here, but im not sure what size BGA ram is, and my card is covered with an Silencer so i cant easily tell from that. Just wondered if anyone happened to know or had a card lying around they could check for me .

it would seem that tweakmonster thinks that they are 13mm by 15mm.
