so i bought the arctic cooling freezer pro64

And i love it but in cant change the fan speed on it and my motherboard has it set to the extreamly low how and i speed it up a little bit

My brother had a giagbyte motherboard with the AM2 4200+ and the same heatsink.
You need to install Easy Tune 5, in order to increase the fan speed of the cpu fan.
Make sure that the cpu fan is plugged into the appropriate port on the motherboard (The cpu fan one)

In the gigabyte software, you can set the speeds of the fans, and you can create profiles which turn on the fans at certain temperatures.
