So is the new NFS:Shift EXOTIC RACING SERIES coming to the PC?

Available March 18, the Exotic Racing Series for Need for Speed SHIFT is $10 or 800 Microsoft Points and is available on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.

I hope so, I know the Ferrari pack was supposedly due to licensing with Microsoft. I wonder what the excuse for this one not coming to PC will be.

That's it, EA....keep alienating the hardcore PC gamers who made the game what it was 15 years ago. I mean, really, how hard is it for them to port a DLC over to PC?

The decision for not releasing on PC was due to the tech and resources involved in developing the delivery of the DLC. During development of SHIFT, we chose to focus on game quality over implementing the systems required to support post-release content for every platform. Given the ratings we've seen for SHIFT, we believe the right decision was made.

If the trade-off is a crappy game with DLC, or a quality game without - I'll take the quality game every day, and it looks like that is what EA is saying.

Oh....Shift is only $29.99 on Steam.

At least we have endless mods that improves the game unlike the consoles.
