so my computer kept restarting

So i went in the the bios and the cpu was at 80c and i know that is way to high but i have the stock cooler and it oc to 3.0 it is a amd 5000+ i was wondering if this would be a good cooler

If you get the arctic cooling it already has decent thermal paste applied to it. You'd probably won't need the AS5
