So what are the quietest 120mm fans?

There are about 200 different models of fans out there, and I don't trust manufacturer's ratings.

Silence is priority, I have voltage reduction capabilities and don't need lots of airflow, just nonzero. I didn't watercool my PC just so I could listen to the rad fan.
 
Nexus.

Yate Loons are the same fans just running a little faster. So you could get yate loons and a fan controller instead if you wanted.
 
I second Nexus. If you're a real sound-nazi, then you could even undervolt it...I'd question your sanity though.
 
Has anyone put the nexus fans on a radiator? (specifically in an apex loop) and compared the temps from stock fans to the nexus? what about noise?
