Some advice on my AMD 64bit 3500+ socket 939

My CPU stays at 45C at idle with my stock heatsink. That's a little to hot for me. Got any suggestions on a heatsink or a decently priced water cooling setup.

I tried to OC it awhile ago and I couldn't get to to move. If I raise it just a little the damn thing would lock up on me. Anyone else have this problem?
 
Thermalright XP90 and XP120 seem to be the current choices for air cooling

for a decent watercooler id look at the swiftech kits. Good bang for the buck
 
Any idea how much my temps would go down if I used a Thermalright XP120?
