Not sure. You should check the sony website. But mine can and I believe the feature in the menu that does this is USB Stream or something like that. There's software for it too. But if it can, I'd guess it would be in your manual.

I have the same camera and I don't think it can be used as a webcam. I've never found a way, at least.

Yeah, look for the USB Streaming feature, and you should be able to do it.

Hell, some people even use old analog camcorders connected through a Dazzle box, with RCA input to USB.
