Sorry if this is a stupid question, but where abouts is boot.ini located?

I edited my boot.ini after installin SP2 and added a /kernel switch back that I had to take out to install SP2 and now I get a bluescreen everytime, so I am now in knoppix and I want to try and find it so I can edit it back. So could anyone tell me whereabouts it is, I just can't seem to find it. Sorry if this is really stupid.
 
Okay now I feel like an even bigger idiot. I just found it. But it won't let me save it in Knoppix so I'll try again in windows repair mode
