Well i get home from work today and turn on the PC. well first trouble my keyboard key's are not working no prob i got a spare keyboard. i join my vent server and i get this error

I can hear people talk so i can output sound. but i can not transmit at all. any help you can provide will be appreciated. i already restored to the last save state. and would really like to avoid formating if i can. thanks in advance
