I was wondering if anyone knows of some good music creation software for windows. I need to create some epic classical music for a game I am developing.

It's not free, but I think it meets your purpose.

I honestly don't know of any good free apps for that, so I'll let someone else chime in.

Oh it doesn't have to be free, I am just looking for something I can actual create a classical sound track of some sort

I don't think that there is a program that will create music. Not music that anyone will want to listen to for long anyway. That is the realm of the artist.
