I need to find out how to contact the host of this person :
www.kj.net

I have this :
Name: Kenneth K Kho
Address: 3217 Whipple Rd
Union City, CA 94587
US
Email Address: [email protected]
Phone Number: (510)475-1700

I am getting about 15 spam emails a day from someone who has their email listed at kj.net.

They all lead to http://p04831.net/

the information,
::Registrant::
Name : Jimer Redar
Email : [email protected]
Address : 144 Glen Ellyn Way
Zipcode : 14618
Nation : US
Tel : 8437132921
Fax :

is false, at least the phone number is.

but have wierd assed links like this : http://intrusive<lax>ant.pa812.com
but when you get rid of the "<lax>ant" kind of crap, like "http://intrusive.pa812.com" they go to the same page.
I want this guy stopped, so where do I go from here?

Find the IP of the server. Find out which service provider owns the IP address. Contact them.

This doesn't look like a proper way to contact someone. The email addy is wierd:
OrgTechHandle: AWC12-ARIN
OrgTechName: APNIC Whois Contact
OrgTechPhone: +61 7 3858 3100
OrgTechEmail: [email protected]

That's the host for the spam site itself.

The emaiil of the spammer is listed to a domain somewhere else:

Name: Kenneth K Kho
Address: 3217 Whipple Rd
Union City, CA 94587
US
Email Address: [email protected]
Phone Number: (510)475-1700

But I have no idea if the spammer is using kj.net to forward/spoof the spam mails or what. I sent an email to the tech for the host of kj.net. Hmm. I'm not really sure what else to do.

The whois is from Asia/Pacific, so that phone number is probably an international number.

Don't go off the return email address, it can be easily forged. Instead look at the message headers to see what IP the email originates from, do a whois and contact their abuse department. http://email.ucdavis.edu/spam/headers.html.

The kj.net email is from the whois info.
