Specific DIMM combination questions

Will 4x 1GB DIMMs be a different amount of stress on my memory controller vs running w/ 2x 512MB DIMMs and 2x 1GBers?

My board's NB is the nforce 650i, if anyone thinks that tid-bit matters. Thanks for weighing in.

Slighly but if you have those 4 sticks running ok now, I would think you would be fine. More memory "cells" little more power, little more time need for refresh cycle, row and column addressing etc. but again, it seems your board is happy with 4 sticks so put everyting on auto, slap em in, test, then go in and retweak your memory settings.
