Been woking with this MSI K9N Ultra SLI since I got it... and while I was getting decent CPU overclocks, the memory has always been WAY underclocked and I could never figure out why till tonight.

Found these three settings enabled in the bios...

CPU/LDT Spread Sprectrun
PCIE Spread Sprectrum
SATA Spread Sprectrum

I Disabled them, and instally nailed 2.8 GHZ on air at a 1.425vcore instead of 2.75 air 1.525vcore... but the winner was mem speed going from DDR2-612 to DDR2-800 (FINALLY!!!)

It even hit 2.64GHZ with the ram @ DDR2-880 before I got memory errors!!!

Finally, Finally, Finally I'm extremely pleased with this system.

If you would have RTFM, it says right in there in the overclocking section to *Disable Spread Spectrum* before doing any overclocking. :p :D ;) lol

uhh, but wait.. why do you keep saying DDR-400, when you are using DDR2-800.

CPUZ says 400mhz

I figured people could do the conversion in their head... edited.

My bad for not reading it... only really opened it to see where the case connections go.
