Start Outlook 2010 in System Tray Only

Does anyone know any tricks to getting Outlook 2010 to start with windows and ONLY display the icon in the system tray? I can start the program minimized if I put it into the startup folder but when it starts on a fresh boot it displays in my taskbar and flashes until I click on it. Once it is open I can click on the minimize button and it will send it only to the tray. Any idea how to send it directly to the tray without having it open in the task bar?

Ideas?
