staticy tv reception

hey guys,

in windows mce, i get static-y tv reception. i just did a fresh install, so i'm not sure what it could be. any help would be appreciated, and if you need to know anything about my rig please feel free to ask. i appreciate any help you guys can give. thank you in advance!

Its not the cable or the connector, I am assuming. I remember back a few years ago my friend had an AIW card and a slow ass computer the live tv didnt look so hot. He built a new rig and then presto looked like a regular tv. I doubt its your speed, I am assuming you are running something faster than like 1.2 ghz
