I'm stumped.
I just picked up a SteelSeries Stratus XL gamepad in Windows 10, but having a devil of a time. In theory, you are supposed to:
I tried plugging the controller in and windows doesn't see it, and the SteelSeries software doesn't offer to check its firmware. The SteelSeries never sees it at all either.
Any thoughts?
I've tried this on two different computers (a laptop and desktop). Same on both. Steelseries is pretty good stuff, I'm kind of surprised if it is broken. Expecting something dumb pebcak.

- Put batteries in
- install Steelseries Engine in Windows
- Power on controller
- Connect to bluetooth
- May have to power off the device and power it back on.
