My dad's laptop (WinXP, WMP10) is having problems watching news videos at cbs.com and cnn.com. The ads before the videos play just fine, but when the actual news content starts, he only gets the audio while the video sits on the station's logo. I got videos to play once by resetting WMP to defaults, but only once - afterward it would return to its old habit. What is stumping me here?
