Sunbeam Core-Contact Freezer HSF results

I got it installed and pretty happy with the temps. I don't have anything to compare it to. I used to have a Xigmatek RVT-S1283 in my previous system, but that was cooling a B3 Q6600. My new rig is a G0 Q6600.

The only real problem I had installing it is using the clips with the socket surrounded by heatsinks. It was hard to get the clips seated in the retaining bracket. If the heatsinks weren't there, then the install would have been simple.

Anyway, here are my temps at idle and load.

System:
Q6600 (G0) @ 3.2GHz, 1.31v
ATi HD4870 512
TIM = IC Diamond 7
Ambient Room Temperature @ 24.4C (76F)

i took off the stock brackets and used the bolt through kit with this brackethttp://www.sidewindercomputers.com/hodobrforthu.html because stock brackets are so hard to put on and off the and doesnt fit .. its pretty good cooling HSF

u might need to use a washer to offset the bump from the screw on the thermalright bracket
