Anyone else use this controller? http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/sufanmasf.html I just got it today and having a problem. Fan 1 control knob doesn't control the fan properly it allows it to speed out of control when turned all the way down. So I have to keep tapping and holding the knob until it stays at the speed I want it at. It's fine when running full speed, but no one wants to listen to fans running full speed all the time. Is there a simple fix or should I just RMA for another? I really hate to RMA because I have to take it back out of my PC, pack it up and pay to ship it back.

The Rheostat's busted

Not much you can do about it... mechanical part failure.

This has happened to lots of my controllers too.

Finally got it back Saturday (5/5) Do you know instead of them sending me a replacement control they repaired it and sent it back. I was surprised to see anyone one do this. So far it works BUT when using the lime green display it buzzes slightly. I doubt I'm going to send it back again because I don't feel like the trouble.
