Swap file on Raptor

I’m building a new C2D system and I decided to pick up a 500gb drive for the main OS and I was wondering if I should switch the windows swap file onto a partition on my old 74gb raptor. Would I notice a difference in performance? Right now I have a 4gb partition on another drive while I use my two 74gb raptors in raid for my main OS.

I love the boot time with my raptors but I no longer want to bother with raid and the small disk size. I hope the 500gb will boot just as fast.

Swap files are an excellent application for Raptors. I would suggest using two separate drives with their own page files rather than a raid-0 array if you'll have both disks plugged in anyways.
