T-Mobile Demands Website Stop Using The Color Magenta

Yeah Id say unless T-Mobile copyrighted/patented magenta in the 1890s I think they may have a tough case. Plus last I checked engadget doesn't even sell cell phones or service...how would they compete with T-Mobiles business exactly?

Im more amazed that they would pull this on a site that is all about berating stupid faceless companies like T-Mobil, did they think they wouldn't cover that story?
 
The original C&D letter wasn't an april fools joke, but changing the background color in spite of them today was.
