Unfortunately for me money doesn't grow on trees. I do have a job but it is so part time I basically make enough money to put gas in my car to go to work and school. Right now I have a A64 3000+ Winchester at 2.3Ghz (255Mhz FSB) and had to run a divider of 333Mhz for it to work. The RAM is running at 2-3-2-5 with 2.7v 100% stable, 1GB of Corsair XMS PC3200. I am looking at this PQI TCCD PC3200 and am wondering if it is worth the money. I know that if I run the RAM 1:1 then generic benchmark scores will go up but will I see any real performance benefit? I know the price is right on that PQI for TCCD but like I stated I would like to know if it is worth the upgrade.

*EDIT*
For my RAM my brother in law is willing to give me an old KT266 motherboard, 512MB PC3200 OCZ RAM and a stick of 512MB PC2100 Samsung. I have an older T-Bird running on a KT133 with 384MB of SDRAM so the upgrade would be nice.

Thanks for the reply, just seemed like one of those too good a deals to pass up.
