Temperature for Fx-57

This is my first Amd chip so I dont know what the safe operating temp for AMD chips are. Have always used Intel so can someone tell me how high is too high for AMD fx-57? i want to do some ocing but dont want to stress the chip too much. THanks

try not to let the load temps get over 55-60c

Im using the Arctic Freezer 64. What is the max that I can oc on air with my processor?

That arctic freezer sucked for me. Temps got to 58c load when my cpu was overclocked. I thought it would be a good heatsink for overclocking after reading all the great reviews.

also, sounds like you've put this rig together? what kind of temps are you getting now?
