Thinking about some new RAM for main OC rig--can't decide what to get

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of changing out some parts in my main rig (in sig) since my mobo died recently and I'm having a hard time deciding on what RAM I should get (provided a few other things work out which would allow me to pay for it). I'm probably going to end up replacing my dead rev. 2.1 8RDA+ with a NF7-S...and I might pick up a Mobile Athlon XP 2500+

Anyway, right now I'm debating between these three (listed by price):

-1GB dual channel kit Geil GoldenDragon PC-3500 (Link) $208

-512MB (x2) Mushkin Level One PC-3500 (Link) $210

-512MB (x2) Kingston HyperX PC-3500 (Link) $250

Just for the record, right now I'm running two 256MB sticks of PC-2700 Corsair XMS OC'd to PC-3200 (it might be able to go higher if I lower it to CAS 3 but I don't think I want to do that). Comments/suggestions would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

Either the hyperX or the mushkin, I'd buy it used through this forum though. I just got my gig of the same hyper x for 160 from a forum member!

id say go for the hyperX. mine is real nice. muskin is good and reliable, but it doesnt touch the level 2.
