This ram ok for this mobo?

Hey all upgrading my ram and wanted to double check my n00bness.

I am buying 2 sets of this:

I have a ASRock 939 DualSATA mobo with a 3200+. Will that be compatible? If so, should I go with 4 of the 512 or 2 of the 1g? I was going 4 for the only reason of filling up the slots, (I have a thing against unused ports lol). Would it be any different if I had only 2? Do I lose any performance one way or another?

Kind of silly to fill up your expansion slots for no reason. I would get two sticks so you have room to upgrad down the road. You will see a SLIGHT performance boost by using two as opposed to four. Simply b/c they can then run in 1T vs. 2T, but note, this difference will be very small.
