i loved my DFI ultra-d, but i didnt like that it takes forever to configure the picky BIOS. now that my DFI is toast im looking for a replacement... i want to avoid the love/hate relationship i had with my DFI

what do you guys think of the an8 32x?

im pretty sold on it and noticed a refurbed one going for 75 bux at mwave...

im also considering a Epox EP-9NPA+SLi

ive had better luck with epox than any other board, so i currently have a softspot for the Epox board...

they are about the same with the Epox being a bit harder to get...

are any S939 boards natively dual core supported?

my plan is for another x1950 pro and some phase change if that helps any...

I was in your same situation, I had 2 DFI boards and had the same love hate relationship.

I ended up buying the Asus A8N32.

I bought a retail one and an open box one, both are great, very stable and the bios options are easier to navigate(but also more difficult to tweak).

My DFI was a great board to mess with overclocking under phase change but I'd go for the Asus just under air. My 2 cents.

I have the 9npa+ sli and it has given me no trouble whatsoever, just make sure you have a quality power supply.
