Thoughts on this motherboard?

I'm thinking of buying one of these http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/117989 motherboards to go with an AM2 sempron 3000 and two cl5 512MB DDRII 667 sticks I have recently purchaced. These components are going to replace the gots of my ageing backup system so I'm gonig for cheap and cheerful. I'd like to squeeze as much performance as possible out of the system though, does anyone know how well these boards overclock?

The -FID version of that (which ebuyer don't seem to have) should be pretty reasonable but I'm not sure about the -L which is usually pretty basic.
The current AM2 mATX oc'ing favourite is the abit nF-M2 nView (not M2P or M2S) which ebuyer again don't appear to stock but is usually ~£55-60.
