I have a practically new 2.2 GB, I bought it for use with my Dell Axim X5, but I came to find out that that version of Dell's Windows Mobile, doesn't support it. But anyways, it's only been formatted once (when I was trying to get it to work) and still works perfectly fine.
I'll let it go for $90 shipped. I don't have any heatware, but I have perfect feedback on ebay under bryanford16.
EDIT - Oh yeah if it matters any, I still have the original hard plastic packaging, only with the top cut off as well if it matters any.
