Tungsten Carbide bit

Okay i was using my tungsten carbide bit and the plastic heated up and melted around my bit does anyone know a good way to get it off?

hold a lighter to it and melt the plastic off again?

What were you cutting? On acrylic, just torque it opposite the horizontal plane of the acrylic, it is very brittle and should break free... Otherwise, mild flame or heat gun should do the trick...
