Tuniq 1000 Watt Ripper Power Supply $89 AR + Shipping

That's a huge rebate but still a decent deal without it... if it's a good PSU eh?
 
$80 rebate...yikes. Good price though AR. I haven't seen a 1000W PSU anywhere near that price.

Good catch. From the review:

The Tuniq Ripper 1000W is the most recent addition to a long line of 1000 watt units we have reviewed and at the end of the day was a very middle of the road kind of unit. The voltage regulation of the unit was good, the efficiency was very good but the unit was ultimately hampered by ATX12v specification limit ripple/noise values and only mediocre component selection. On top of all of this, the unit was a touch loud, but it is nothing that would drown out a good round of Left 4 Dead in my estimation. With a current list price of $169 it is one of the cheapest 1000 watt units you can find on Newegg which certainly does lend it to a niche of big bargain power. However, you do get what you pay for with the Tuniq Ripper 1000W and that is a 1000 watt power supply, even at 45c, but not necessarily the best 1000 watt power supply at 45c.

Sounds like it might be a better idea to get a higher quality but lower power rating PSU.
