Holy crap, I saw on their site that Anandtech rated them #1 for support, for what? I sent an email asking if I could run a Thunder LE-T or Thunder HE-SL without ECC RAM, and I get back a massive email telling me to go through a big process, and that if I dont, it may be a long time before I get an answer because the email system is nto frequently monitored. LOL

It talks about some auto reply system and says that it will tell me how to use it, but it just has a link to the email addy I used already.
