Typical 1900GT temps?

I'm running a 1900GT @ 550/640 and stock cooler right now. For some odd reason, the default clocks were 500/600, so I think I can push the GPU core a bit higher...iirc the stock speed should be 575.

Just a bit worried with my temps. I'm using ATI Tray Tools to OC, and it reports ~95C load, 80C idle. From what I understand, this GPU typically runs a bit hot, but when should I really be worried?
