Unlocking AMD Barton and Tbred made easy?

I was looking at the link that Kyle put on the front page today for the sdram cooling fans (pretty cool) and scrolled down a bit more and saw something called the speed strip for AMD. Looks like repairing bridges on the Athlon chip is a thing of the past. Anyone here seen or tried this thing. Looks pretty easy to work with:

I wonder if they have something that allows some of the newer higher clocked XP's to run as MP chips? Hmmm.

I dont know if it works with the newer chips, the superlocked ones.

I think this is for people whos motherboard doesnt unlock their chips. I have a unlocked barton and the board can change the multiplier to 12.5
 
it doesnt help with the new locked bartons. it only works for people with say via kt333 mobos that dont want to do the l3 mod, or people that want to take the 2400+ or other high multi cpus's to 12.5 or below
