Upgraded Windows to 1709, screen full of colored lines when waking from sleep now

I'm running off of intel integrated graphics, i3 6100 with intel 530 graphics. I went to intel and downloaded newest video drivers the 530 and still have the problem. Any other ideas on what I should do? I can switch back to previous version of windows if needed but would like to get it fixed.
 
I had to reinstall from scratch to get the previous big windows update to work correctly. Maybe its time.
 
Next time it happens (if it happens again) take a picture with your cell phone and post it here
