i have the same problem. the geeksquad software looks just like cyberpowers powerpanel plus but is severly crippled(only displays time left no voltagaes) comepare to cyberpowers.
That's why you should have bought APC. Their Powerchute software gives you quite a lot of info and control. I don't think it would work with the Geek one though.
