Using a controller in Windows 11 to control the mouse cursor?

I know it works for some media apps but is there a mouse to controller app where I can control the mouse cursor with a modern Xbox controller?
Working in videogames I have no problem with just wondering if there is a mouse to controller emulator or accessibility mode.

I got it you need Steam goto settings you need sync the proper controller otherwise it won't work. It had Joy Con controller checked for some reason it works with the analog sticks. R2 is a mouse click in Windows 11.. Made the Windows 11 mouse pointer bigger and the color blue for visibility. You can slow down the mouse cursor in Win 11 by using the sliders in Accessibility if it's too fast.
