Using an Old Dangerden GPU block on a 7800GT Ok or No?

I've got one of the older Dangerden GPU waterblocks, the ones with the clear Lucite tops. I know this isnt the newest and best performance block, but it will do alot better than the stock air cooling so I plan on using it on an EVGA 7800GT. The block looks like this.
I also need to put ramsinks on the video card and I'm planning on using thermal tape. I dont plan on OCing the ram because I never saw a benifit out of it.

Please let me know if the new 7800's use the same mounting holes as the older nvidia cards.

BTW I've been using the block on a x800xl and its been great.
 
No, the older n-vid cards (of the era that your block came from) have different mounting holes than the new ones. I'm sure you could rig something up though. :D
