Video card for intel dq965gf, warhammer online

I was given a pc with a Intel core duo 1.86, intel dq965gf motherboard. It has 1 GB of ram in the pc.

I currently have a athlon 64 3500 + with a 6800 ultra.

What video card can I get for under $100 bucks that will allow me to get playable performance out of warhammer online?

Or I was thinking maybe like 80 bucks and getting some more cheap ram.

However, what power supply does that PC have? No point in upgrading the video card if the PSU can't cut it.

I have a antec 550 that I have in another pc that I can use for it if I must.
