Alright so apparently my fan on my EVGA took a shit one night when I was sleeping my sister caught it and turned the PC off but looks like someone took a torch to the motor of the fan, also I tossed the box for the card, bought it used on [H] and did not register it so I am SOL on warranty.

So where can I find a replacement fan also could it have fried the whole card from overheating? Rest of the PC seems to be acting up also cant boot at all had to fire up a new system I was building.
 
Sounds like your fan shorted, which could have damaged your power supply - and possibly any other components that were supplying the video card with power - like the motherboard.
 
Tested power supply and it was fine boots up other machines just fine. Possible to mess up mobo and not PSU?
