Vista, Dual Screen (2 resolutions) and nvidia cards

Is it true that there is a bug in nividia drivers that causes the distortion I'm getting in vista when running that setup? Does anyone know if rolling back my drivers will fix that?

Edit: okay I just realized there is a thread about this, but the question if rolling back drivers will fix that remains unanswered.
