Vista firefox.. odd question..

Is there any reason why when I go to google.com, my upper bar on google loads about half a second after google appears?

Like .... I got to google.. and then half a second images video, et cetera appear. On IE, it doesn't. Nor does it on my friends computer when he uses firefox. I know it sounds lame, but I want it to load up instant...
 
Oh.. HTML reveals I'm apart of the select few who go to be part of google fade.


WTF!?
 
Happens to me too. It actually fades in everything after you move your mouse.
 
I was surprised by this as well. It doesn't happen on my other computer.
