Hey everyone, got a bit of an issue that I need help sorting out.
I just bought a Digitech RP250 modeling effect pedal for my guitar and the X-edit 2 software says it is only compatible with Windows XP. I don't doubt that there will be some issues if I can actually get it to install, but I was wondering how I can go about fooling the installer into thinking I am running Windows XP? I've tried the compatibility mode and running as an administrator and the installer still will not work. Anyone ever run into this issue with another program and find a way around it? I can reinstall XP again in a dual boot if I really need to but I'd like to avoid that if at all possible.
